Denis McCready is an award-winning producer, educator and visual artist with over 25 years of international documentary experience. Former Executive Producer at the National Film Board of Canada, he specializes in production leadership, capacity building and social-impact storytelling, empowering emerging filmmakers through training, mentorship and community-driven media initiatives worldwide. His work has been recognized nationally and internationally, reflecting a career dedicated to powerful storytelling, and mentoring the next generation of producers.

Through collaborations with organizations such as UNDP and Syrian Eyes of the World, he uses visual storytelling as a tool to amplify voices, document lived experiences and foster greater understanding of global challenges.

Maëlle bridges scientific research, planetary health and strategic storytelling.
